LyicsLord, when together here we meet,
And taste the heav'nly grace,
Thy smiles are so divinely sweet,
We're loth to leave the place.
Yet, Father, since it is thy will,
That we must part again;
O let thy precious presence still,
With ev'ry one remain.
Thus let us all in Christ be one,
Bound with the cords of love,
Till we, around thy glorious throne,
Shall joyous meet above.
Where sin and sorrow from each heart;
Shall then for ever fly;
And not one thought that we shall part,
E'er intercept our joy.
Where free from all distracting pains,
Our spirits ne'er shall tire;
But in seraphic, heav'nly strains,
Redeeming love admire.
