Lyics

The grace of God, how sweet the sound
To those who live in sin;
It comes to you, to all around,
That are defil'd within;

It calls, persuades, and bids you come,
And taste the welcome feast;
Will you return, no longer
Will you be Jesus' guest?

The rich, the poor, the blind and lame
May taste the richest grace;
With God they're counted all the same,
And take an equal place.

The richest must leave their merchandise,
And take an humble seat;
The proud, the great and all the wise,
Must come to Jesus' feet.

They there unite to love the Lord,
And celebrate his praise;
They learn of him and hear his word,
And live upon his grace.

The blessings now of which they take,
Precludes their  father's home.
When from their graves they shall awake,
And mount to his bright throne.

There they'll be plac'd around their head
With glorious crowns adorn'd;
And sing and eat the heav'nly bread,
While Angels stand around.
