LyicsO Jesus, may I now submit
To give my heart to thee;
And at thy feet to pray and sit-
May this my portion be.
Long as I live to hear thy word,
And bear my daily cross;
To walk in thee the narrow road,
And count this world but dross.
For the rich treasures of thy grace,
This world is naught to me;
So I can find an humble place,
And all my weakness see.
My greatest joy is in thy ways,
No pleasure else I find;
O Saviour fill my heart with praise-
To my poor soul be kind.
When I have suff'red out my share,
Take me away to thee;
I hope to find my brethren there,
To praise eternally.
