Lyics

Sing to the great Jehovah's praise,

All praise to him belongs;

For he, who lengthens out our days,

Demands our choicest songs;

His providence has brought us through

Another various year;

We all, with vows and anthems new,

Before his throne appear.

Father, thy mercies past we own,

And thy continued care;

To thee presenting, through the Son,

All that we have and are:

Our residue of days and hours,

Thine, wholly thine, shall be;

And all our consecrated powers,

We sacrifice to thee.
