Lyics

As pilgrims who plod to the land of the sunset,
And leave all behind them most sacred and dear.
We plod to the future, yet ever regret
To e'er leave behind us the Old College Year.

The friendships we formed in the year that's gone by us,
Will oft bid rejoice, ir e'er saddened or drear;
Tho' the heart should despond, And our courage deny us,
 Twill cheer is to thing of the Old College Year.

From friends we are leaving we part with reluctance,
Each eye e'er so bright will be moist with a tear;
Yet often we feel that a pleasant remembrance
Will bring us again to the Old College Year.

Then let us march onward up life's rugged mountains.
Our old Alma Mater will ever be dear;
Ye courses of learning, we've sipped at you fountains,
And drank of your waters the Old College Year.

But we now bid adieu to these halls so endearing;
Farewell to the classmates who oft bid us cheer;
Farewell, Alma Mater, they name is revering;
And farewell forever to the Old College Year.
