Lyics

OH! with what pleasure we behold

Sinners to Canaan move,

Leaving the fleeting things of earth,

For greater things above.

These having openly confest

The great Immanuel's name,

With sacred pleasure we receive,

As lovers of the Lamb.

Lord, may they ever live to thee,

And grow in heav'nly love;

Still may they fight the fight of faith,

Till crown'd with thee above.
