Lyics

JESUS, O Lord, how rich thy grace!

Thy bounty how complete!

How shall we count the matchless sum?

How pay the mighty debt?

Lord, thou hast brethren here below,

Partakers of thy grace;

And wilt confess their humble names,

Before thy Father's face.

In them thou mayest be clothed and fed,

And visited and cheer'd;

And in their accents of distress,

Thy needful voice is heard.

Thy face with reverence and with love,

We in thy poor would see:

As thou bestow'st our daily bread--

We share it thus with thee.
